Engr. Ghulam Rabbani graduated in Civil Engineering from BUET in 1964 from BUET and obtained Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to M.S) in Hydrology from Delft Hydraulics of Netherlands in 1975. He has participated in various training programmes like Hydrological Instrumentation in USA, Integrated Water-Shed Management in University of Manila, Philippines,Evaluation of Training, AIT, Bangkok and Advanced Course on Administration and Development at PATC, Savar, Dhaka & partly in Srilanka He started his career as an Assistant
Engineer in EPWAPDA and successfully attained the top position

Chairman/ Director General of Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB). After retired from BWDB service, he has decided to devote himself to work for the noticeable IT industry During his service period, he has provided strong executive leadership in matters relating to Planning Operation and maintenance (O & M) and managed all administrative and financial matters of BWDB. Many important projects completed successfully under his direct supervision and the projects providing facilities to large number of peoples on all walks of life.
